Another Conveyancing Panel Success

Vanessa Newman Property Lawyers are pleased to announce that we have now been accepted onto the panel of Virgin Money.

Getting onto Lender Panels is always an achievement and we are really proud of this.

We are already able to act on Halifax, Lloyds Bank, Birmingham Midshires, Clydesdale Bank, Yorkshire Bank, M & S Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, HSBC ,First Direct, Nationwide, Santander, Mortgage Express, Scottish Widows and The Mortgage Works mortgages and will continue to apply to other Lenders panels. We will announce these as and when we meet with success.

Previously we have always stated that where we aren't on Lender Panels we would always be prepared to carry out legal work for you with the Lender having separate representation. We have now taken the business decision to no longer do this. The reason behind this is that it is not in the best interests of you, our client.
